amazing mountain views and great service!
friendly staff dinner menu lovely views convenient location
the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. i especially appreciated the special dinner menu the staff created based on my preferences. our room offered lovely views of the alps, including eiger, monk, and jungfrau. i also found the location convenient, being a short walk to the train station.
the room was quite small, though clean.

The balcony faced the mountains. I appreciated the room having a mini fridge. The staff were friendly and accommodated my needs, I found that helpful.
The room was quite small. I found hairs in the tub when I arrived, also on the toilet. The walls seemed thin. I could easily hear neighbors.
